A vulcanising mould, esp. for shoe soles of rubber or vulcanisable plastics, comprising an upper half mould with corepieces projecting in the heel portion into the depth of the heel, is constructed with additional identically shaped projections extending downwards from the upper half mould and surrounding the group of corepieces at a distance. These projections terminate above the bottom of the mould, thus constituting blind holes, their downwards dimensions pref. being equal to or less than that of the corepieces. The projections are formed by cylindrical pins inserted as a friction fit into blind holes on the underside of the upper half mould. They may be arranged in a line around the corepieces running parallel to the outer lateral surface of the heel.
|
