Disclosed is a bicycle transmission. A case has extending therethrough a pedal shaft and a power transmitting shaft which are spacedly placed parallel to each other. A plurality of driving gears are sequentially mounted to the pedal shaft inside the case to be arranged in order of number of teeth. A sprocket is mounted to an end of the power transmitting shaft. A plurality of driven gears are sequentially mounted to the power transmitting shaft inside the case to be arranged in inverse order of number of teeth. A power control section functions to control transmission of rotation force from the driving gears to the power transmitting shaft.
