<p>The invention relates to nanotechnology, more specifically to devices for analysing and modifying the surface of samples in a liquid medium. The inventive probe microscope provided with a liquid cell comprises a plate fitted with a piezo scanner, a cantilever holder containing an optically transparent prism and a cantilever which is coupled to an oscillation generator. Said microscope also comprises a sample holder, a magnetic gripper, an optical unit for tracking the cantilever, a switching unit for laser, a photosensitive cell unit provided with adjustment movement systems, a tracking system, a unit for preliminary approach of the cantilever and the sample, a reservoir containing a seal assembly and a fluid and provided with the cantilever holder and the sample holder arranged therein, in addition to a platform. The cantilever holder is embodied in the form of a nonmagnetic adapting flange, the magnetic gripper being embodied in a sectional form.</p> |
