Transmitting data of subscriber-specific control channel in radio system by adaptive variation of frequency position for dedicated physical control channel

The data (8-11) of the subscriber-specific control channel are transmitted during an existing connection from a transmitter (1) to a receiver (6), using a frequency position that is adaptively varied. Besides transmitting the subscriber-specific control channel, a subscriber-specific data channel is also transmitted, whereby the bandwidth required for transmission is adaptively varied. An Independent claim is included for an apparatus for transmitting data of a subscriber-specific control channel.
