Each drive unit (2) has a fluid-operated contraction drive (3) possessing a contraction hose (6) made of rubbery elastic material and extending between two head-pieces (4,5) and contracting in length when exposed to inner pressure. A fiber arrangement is embedded in the hose body and is coaxial with the body. The contraction drives are coupled with a rotary driven part (17).
