This wheel is unique in that it is designed to run on both a standard rail line and on a normal highway by combining both types of wheel into one wheel. The obvious use is to run a bus on a high speed transit line between Toron to International Airport and the city core because there is no rail line into t he terminals. Thus, passengers do not have to change from a bus to a high speed rail line to move between the destination points. The natural solution is to re-invent the wheel. This wheel is designed to ru n on train tracks and on a road. This wheel will have a metal tire designed to run on a conventional train rail and an additional pneumatic tire attached to it of slightly larger diameter to run on a road.
