PURPOSE: A system for supplying educational information and an advertising method are provided to receive good-quality remote education contents continuously, to secure a site operating fund and a profit, and to maximize an advertising effect. CONSTITUTION: A user database(19) includes information with respect to a user(3) who wishes to receive fixed information through a network. An advertisement database(11) includes advertisement information supplied from an advertiser(5) who wishes to perform an advertisement. An information database(13) includes predetermined information. A contents manufacturing unit(15) fetches information from the information database(13), constitutes an educational information supplying screen, inserts an advertisement fetched from the advertisement database(11) on a background of the educational information supplying screen, and manufactures contents. If the user(3) is connected through a network, a contents supplying unit(20) supplies contents selected by the user out of contents manufactured in the contents manufacturing unit(15).
