PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor element which is excellent in strength of a pressure sensitive part itself and has a simple structure. SOLUTION: The pressure sensitive part 10 formed of composite material formed by dispersing material having pressure resistance effect or magnetic resistance effect in a matrix formed of electric insulation ceramic material, and a mass member 4 arranged on the pressure sensitive part 10 or in a periphery of the pressure sensitive part 10 for increasing mass of the pressure sensitive part 10 are included.
