MOLTEN IRON DESULFURIZING AGENT REUTILIZING DESULFURIZATION SLAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive molten iron desulfurizing agent reutilizing molten iron desulfurization slag. SOLUTION: The desulfurizing agent is obtained by mixing desulfurization slag generated after desulfurization for molten iron using a desulfurizing agent containing CaO and Na2 CO3 . In the desulfurizing agent the ratio of effective CaO is >=50%, and also, the ratio of Na2 CO3 is 5 to 30%.
