PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling waste paper making waste papers including adhesive materials capable of reusing such as a pulp or the like. SOLUTION: This method for recycling waste paper comprises a defibring process mixing the waste paper including adhesive material with water and then defibring, an adjusting process adjusting content of the solid to the water >=25 wt.%, a granulation process adhering and granulating the adhesive material each other and a removing process removing the granulated adhesive materials by a screen.
