PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the high appearance quality of a joint part between a door trim and a weatherstrip by fitting the door trim to a door inner panel in a position as close as possible to the upper end. SOLUTION: In this door trim fitting structure, the door trim 30 is fitted to the inside of a door inner panel 20 constituting the inner part of a vehicle door 10 and fitted with a lower part 41 of the weatherstrip 40 at the upper end part, and the upper edge of the door trim 30 is jointed to the upper part of the weatherstrip 40. The door inner panel 20 is fitted with a first locking member 50 arranged directly beside the inside of the lower part 41 of the weatherstrip 40, and the door trim 30 is fitted with a second locking member 60 facing the first locking member 50. The first locking member 50 and the second locking member 60 are pressed to be engaged with each other.
