PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage filling and sealing method and a beverage filling and sealing apparatus capable of increasing a rate of replacement of beverage producing bubbles by inert gas. SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus for filling and sealing beverage capable of easily producing bubbles at the time of filling which is comprised of a filling nozzle 10 for filling beverage in a container 1, and a container sealing means 14 for sealing the container 1 into its sealed state. A gas supplying means 3 for supplying inert gas into the container 1 just before its filling or at the time of filling is installed inside the container 1 into which the beverage is filled.
