PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator capable of easily assembling a flexible spacer belt in an infinite circulation passage of a drive ball constituting a ball screw part, ensuring smooth circulation of the drive ball, and preventing the occurrence of noise as much as possible when a screw shaft rotates at a high speed. SOLUTION: In this linear actuator composed of a raceway track rail formed like a channel, the screw shaft provided rotatably in a groove of the raceway track rail, and a slider assembled in the groove of the raceway track rail and movable freely in the groove of the raceway track rail in accordance with the rotation of the screw shaft, at least a pair of infinite circulation passages of the drive ball rolling in a ball rolling groove of the screw shaft are formed by forming them into an annular shape circumscribing with the screw shaft and nipping the screw shaft, and the drive balls are arranged on the flexible spacer belt at a predetermined interval and circulate in the infinite circulation passages together with the spacer belt.
