PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure measurement device and a pressure test method capable of easily and precisely testing a fine pressure measurement device while effectively utilizing a conventional pressure tester. SOLUTION: This device comprises: a pressure tester 7 for impressing pressure by disposing a tested body 9 in its inside; a pressure load means 11 for applying initial pressure to the pressure tester; a main hose part 2A for connecting the pressure tester with the pressure load means; a first valve 8a installed in the main hose part; a branch hose part 2C mounted between the pressure tester and the first valve; a fine pressure load means 5 for applying fine pressure to the pressure tester; a second valve 8b installed in the branch hose part; and a fine differential pressure measurement means 4 installed in the branch hose part for measuring fine differential pressure generated in the branch hose by the fine pressure applied to the pressure tester.
