PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for solving the problems caused because forms have to be made easily in arbitrary angles since the side ditch is jointed together at various angles at the corners and the inner curves of the side ditch and the level differences at the lid attaching portions have to be finished and thus the work has to be carried out at several divided portions in conventional cases. SOLUTION: The inside of the ditch has jointing surfaces having the same shape as that of the side ditches at both the sides as the feature by using forms for concrete made and installed at arbitrary angles at the corners where the side ditches are arranged face to face.
