发明名称 METHOD FOR REFINING MOLTEN IRON
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for refining molten iron, more precisely a method for refining the molten iron using a low cost slag-making material in which dephosphorizing ratio of the molten iron is made high, slopping is reduced and which can be used for a roadbed material. SOLUTION: The slag-making material contains 15 to 50% CaO, 20 to 50% Al2 O3 , 20 to 50% Fe2 O3 , <=8% TiO2 , <=8% SiO2 and <=15% MgO, and the ratio of CaO in the slag-making material to the total CaO quantity added into the molten iron is 5 to 50 mass%. In producing the above slag-making material, a raw material having 0.005-0.5 mm average grain diameter is used, and as raw material of CaO component, >=3% slaked lime is used. Further, 3-15 mass% water is added to the raw material. The resultant mixture is granulated and cured for two or more days. The slag-making material is divided and added when [C] concentration in the molten iron is >=1.0%.
