PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device for an adhesive seal part having a table correspondable with shapes of various kinds of parts. SOLUTION: This peeling device for the adhesive seal part is provided with a table having an assembly structure of plural elastic fine bodies 4 independently deformable for placing a peeling paper on which a seal part is adhered to the plural elastic fine bodies; a separating claw 6 for deforming the elastic fine bodies 4 by pressing onto the elastic fine bodies 4 to which the peeling paper 1 is placed among the plural fine bodies 4, separating an end part of the seal part 2 from the peeling paper 1 and thereby inserted into a space between the peeling paper 1 and a peeling end of the seal part 2; and a grasping claw 8 driven forward and backward with respect to the separating claw 6 and grasping the end of the seal part 2 with the separating claw 6 so as to peel off the seal part 2 from the peeling paper 1.
