PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device constituted so as to be capable of easily holding high accuracy and high reliability by simple operation. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic inspection device, the whole of a probe holder 3a is mover around a turbine shaft 2 in such a state that a probe 9 is pressed to a turbine wheel 1 and the probe 9 is moved in such a state that the distance from the center axis of the turbine wheel 1 and the osillation angle of the turbine wheel 1 are kept constant to automatically store the waveform of ultrasonic reflected waves and the position of the probe in a memory part 17 on the busis of pulses of an encoder 5 and the presence of a flaw is detected on the basis of the correlation coefficient 23 of a plurality of reflected waves different in the position of the probe. The cross correlation processing interval 19(=n) necessary for determining the position of the probe is automatically set in a cross correlation processing part 22.
