PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device in which current consumption at the time of write-in of data can be reduced, operation speed can be increased, stable operation can be performed by reducing occurrence of a noise caused by write-in operation. CONSTITUTION: An active signal ACT inputted to a sense amplifier signal circuit section SC1 is latched by a command latch circuit 1 and outputted to a terminal N11. The terminal N11 outputs a control signal EDC1 through a timing adjusting circuit 2. The control signal EDC1 outputs a sense amplifier activating signal LE through a timing adjusting circuit 3 and an output buffer circuit 4, while the signal is outputted to a column switch signal circuit section CS1. In the column switch signal circuit section CS1, a pulse signal is outputted from a control signal ACL through a pulse output circuit 5 and an output terminal N13. In a logic circuit 6, a signal being logically multiplied by this signal and an inversion signal of the control signal EDC1 is outputted as switch signals CL, CLM through a decoding circuit 7.
