PURPOSE: An equipment for treating wastewater using membrane which removes nutrient salt easily from the organic wastewater of high concentration by installing anaerobic reactor and aerobic membrane is provided to treat wastewater efficiently. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises a distribution device(5) which distributes wastewater, a sprayer(5') which is installed at the upper part of anaerobic reactor(7) with the type of nozzle, a spray pump(19) which prevent overflow of scum by injecting some wastewater at the upper part of the reactor, an aerobic membrane(11) which is installed at the lower part of aerobic membrane tank(10), a settling tank(8) which is installed between anaerobic reactor and membrane tank for settling treated water, a blower(16) which is installed at the lower part of membrane, a level switch(15) of the water level of reactor.
