OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE FOR TELEPHONE

PURPOSE: An opening and closing device for a telephone is provided to have a stable opening and closing state of a cover of the telephone in case that the cover is repeatedly opened and closed in long term by uniformly transmitting a force between a cam and a plate spring. CONSTITUTION: A case(42) connects to a lower side of a telephone cover(20). A cam shaft connects to an upper side of a telephone body(10), and is rotatably inserted into an internal portion of the case(42). A plate spring(48) is installed between the cam shaft and the case(42) for providing an elastic force so that the case(42) is rotated between the case(42) and the cam shaft when the cam shaft passes a dead point. A fixed washer(50) is installed at a lower side of the case(42) for preventing that the cam shaft is dismounted from the case(42).
