PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setup box which is formed of cardboard such as corrugated fiberboard with upper opening part thereof comprising four upper and lower flaps continuous to a side wall, has a box lid to be closed by adhering both flaps facing each other when folding the upper flap and the lower flap with adhesive, and can be easily opened by a small force without breaking the upper and lower flaps. SOLUTION: A breaking part for unsealing is formed on an adhesive application part of either or each of the upper flap and the lower flap facing each other when folded, and this breaking part comprises a plurality of cut-in separation line for breakage or a separation part for breakage.
