PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function and quality of a communication apparatus and increase a life and simplify constitution by keeping an installation environment good in the case that the communication apparatus or the like is installed in a server installation environment. SOLUTION: An opening 3 is formed in the side plate of a casing body 1 having an opening cover 25, an electronic cooling element 9 is situated in the opening 3, and an internal heat conduction body 10 makes contact with the inner surface of the element 9. An external heat conduction body 13 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the element 9. A heat insulation material 14 is situated between the two heat conduction bodies 10 and 13 and the internal heat conduction body 10 is formed in a plate-form state in parallel with the inner surface of the casing body 1.
