PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly assemble and disassemble a columnar structure. SOLUTION: Three clampers 1, 1 and 1 for sandwiching peripheral surfaces of pipes 15 are arranged at the respective apexes of a triangle by connecting members 2, 2 and 2 for constituting a triangular skeleton to constitute an assembling tool. A plurality of assembling tools are arranged at a prescribed interval in the lengthwise direction of at least the three pipes 15, 15 and 15. The respective pipes 15 are held in parallel to assemble the polygonal columnar structure.
