PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem accompanying the separation or the like of the end butted section of a skin film in a box shape expanded resin-molded container which has the skin having a three-layer structure, is extremely effectively used as a returnable box or the like to be used for a specified period of time because such a container can be manufactured at low cost, is lightweight, and of which the handling is easy. SOLUTION: The butted section 15 between the end sections of an internal surface side skin film 11 and an external surface side skin film 12 is covered with a corner material 20. Thus, even when some kind of impact force is applied to the corner section of the container, deformation or breakage is prevented from occurring in the corner region. At the same time, the generation of separation on the butted section can be suppressed as well.
