PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular case body which is free from being interfered by a male piece and a female piece of a fastener when arms of the case body are released from the state of binding. SOLUTION: The left arm 5 is provided at the lateral on a position close to an opening 23 of at the case body 3. The left arm 5 is made of a wet cloth formed in a tubular shape smaller in the diameter than the case body 3. The male piece 15 is sewn through a rubber 16 on to the inside of left arm 5 on a position close to the front end so that the male piece is housed at the inside of the left arm 5. The female piece 17 is sewn on in the similar way to the right arm 7 on a position close to the front end. The male piece 15 and the female piece 17 are exposed with the left arm 5 and the right arm 7 turned up slightly, and both of the pieces are engaged for locking with the male piece 15 inserted into the female piece 17. As a result, a PET bottle holder 1 is kept hung down. When the locking is released, the male piece 15 and the female piece 17 are housed respectively in the left arm and the right arm.
