PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container supplying apparatus capable of performing a positive discharging one by one of a plurality of stacked and held packaging containers from a lower portion of the apparatus and a positive holding of the discharged container at a lower container holding frame. SOLUTION: This packaging container supplying apparatus has a packaging container dividing and supplying means 10 including an upper engaging piece 11 and a lower engaging piece 12 fed out or fed into alternately from two locations spaced apart in an upward or downward direction in respect to the stacked packaging containers P, engaged with the packaging containers P and stopping a descending of the packaging container P higher than the former. A packaging container feeding-out means 20 is arranged below it. The packaging container feeding-out means 20 is provided with a scraping member 21 engaged with the lower-most one of a plurality of stacked packaging containers to scrape it; a receptor member 22 arranged below the scraping member for receiving the scraped packaging container P and discharging it downwardly; a guide 23 below it; and a packaging container transferring conveyor 30.
