PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the minimum turning radius. SOLUTION: A front tandem wheel axis 16 is offset backward to a rear axle 7, or/and the whole tandem device 8, 8 is offset backward to the rear axle 7. Consequently, the distance between the driver's seat footplate 10 and blade 5 on a front frame 2 side and the front tire guard 15 (or front tandem wheel 13) on a rear frame 3 side is increased. Accordingly, the mutual interference between the driver's seat footplate 10 and the tire guard 15 can be prevented in vehicle body bending, and the mutual interference between the blade 5 and the tire guard 15 can be also prevented in general traveling. Even if the blade 5 of the same size is installed, a wheel base L can be minimized to minimize the minimum turning radius so as to be very adaptable for work, and a work can be thus delicately performed in every corner. Further, the change of the rear axle 7 is dispensed with.
