PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and smoothly create a three-dimensional pattern with cubic effect on the surface of a metal plate. SOLUTION: A specially decoratively printed metal plate 10 is produced through integrally bonding by pasting a transparent resin film 14 through an adhesive 12 or a self-adhesive onto a metal plate 11, on the surface of which the predetermined pattern is printed with the desired screen ruling. In the transparent resin film 14, a large number of convex lens-like projections 15 or concave lens-like depressions are formed on the surface of the film with the standard screen ruling so as to form a continuous pattern with an arbitrary shape on the surface of the film in to give a lens effect.
