PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive silicone rubber composition having a high rubber elasticity, having stable volume resistivity in a semiconductive region, and capable of being widely used for various applications, such as electrostatic, static-eliminating or electromagnetic wave-shielding materials, rubber gaskets, oil seals, rubber junctions, rolls for office machines, etc., for which universal semicondutivity is required. SOLUTION: This semiconductive silicone rubber composition contains (A) a polyorganosiloxane which has at least two silicon atom-bonding alkenyl groups in its molecule in an amount of 100 pts.wt., (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane which has at least two silicon atom-bonding hydrogen atoms in average in its molecule in such an amount that a ratio of the mol of the silicon atom- bonding hydrogen atoms in the composition to the mol of the silicon atom- bonding alkenyl groups is made to be in a range of 1:0.5 to 1:7, (C) a graphitic carbon black in an amount of 1-30 pts.wt., and (D) a platinum group metal-based catalyst in a catalystic amount, and further has a volume resistivity of <=10<8> (Ω.cm).
