PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fungicidal composition having a high activity and a wide antibacterial spectrum. SOLUTION: This fungicidal composition is characterized as comprising methylα-methoxyimino-2-[(2-methylphenoxy)methyl]phenylacetate represented by the following formula and an ethylenebisdithiocarbamate compound [zinc salt (zineb), manganese salt (maneb), a salt of zinc and manganese (manzeb), etc.], as active ingredients. The composition has a high activity and a wide antimicrobial spectrum.
