PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device for refrigerator in which heat insulation performance does not deteriorate significantly at the time of opening/closing the door, manufacturing cost is low, and containing rate does not lower. SOLUTION: In the square frame-like sealing device provided in the vicinity of the circumferential edge of a French door, first magnets on the upper and lower horizontal sides of the sealing device are arranged to be attracted to the refrigerator body while second magnets M2 on the central vertical side 12 of the sealing device are arranged oppositely to attract each other. On the planar cross-section of the second magnet M2, chamfer or R at the corner on the attracting side is set larger than that on the door D1, D2 side.
