PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin resin composition which can give a molding excellent in transparency and rigidity. SOLUTION: This method is the one for producing a polyolefin resin composition comprising adding a nucleator to a polyolefin, wherein the nucleator is infiltrated into the polyolefin by bringing the polyolefin and the nucleator into contact with each other in the presence of critical or supercritical carbon dioxide in a reactor.
