<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral measuring device which can be spectrally measured in quick and high precision in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: Incident light causes light interference by the cyclic distribution of a refraction factor formed in a transparent body 11 by an ultrasonic wave when light is made incident in the propagation direction of the ultrasonic wave 12 of the transparent body 11, and only specific wavelength matched with an interference condition is reflected. The reflection light is detected to be branched by an optical coupler 18 arranged in the incident side. Changing the frequency of the ultrasonic wave 12 in the transparent body 11 can change the reflection wavelength. Performing simultaneously the detection of the reflection light and the change of the frequency of the ultrasonic wave 12 can measure a spectrum. Since the ultrasonic wave 12 is generated with a transducer 13, high speed measuring is possible.</p> |
