摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a rigid internal tooth gear for a wave motive gear into composite structure comprising a tooth part forming side ring and a gear body side ring and to positively integrate both members. SOLUTION: The rigid internal tooth gear 2 for the wave motive gear is constituted by jointing to integrate the tooth part forming side ring 12 formed with internal teeth, and the gear body side ring 11. The tooth part forming side ring 12 is manufactured from an iron or copper material with excellent strength and wear resistance, and the gear body side ring 11 is manufactured from a lightweight material such as an aluminum alloy. The outer peripheral surface of the tooth part forming side ring 12 is aluminized to form a diffusion coating layer or aluminum, and then the gear body side ring 11 is cast-inserted to integrate both rings. Both members are thereby integrated positively to permit high torque transmission and to realize the lightweight rigid internal tooth gear in comparison with a conventional one.
