PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel having intervals in order of severalμm between lines by block exposure by which productivity is secured without requiring large capital investment. SOLUTION: A transparent electrode 3A to be formed on at least one of two transparent substrates 2A is constituted of two kinds of pattern electrodes 12, 14 as the first pattern electrode 12 constituted by forming a transparent conductive film on a lower layer of an insulation layer 10 and the second pattern electrode 14 constituted by forming the transparent conductive film on an upper layer of the insulation layer 10 and the first pattern electrode 12 and the second pattern electrode 14 are arranged so that they are adjacent to each other.
