COSMETIC USE OF MAT EFFECT-IMPARTING COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING AQUEOUS DISPERSION OF POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE FOR TREATMENT OF OILY SKIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetic use of mat effect-imparting cosmetic composition for treatment of an oily skin, capable of preventing gloss and making skin color uniform. SOLUTION: A mat effect-imparting cosmetic composition containing an effective amount of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTEE) in a physiologically permissible medium is cosmetically used for treating oily skin and the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTEE) is formed in dispersed form of particles in aqueous medium and these particles are formed in a size having mean value in the range of about 0.1 to 30μm, preferably 0.5 to 15μm.
