PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer controller, a method for controlling a printer and a printer in which dripping of ink to a target dripping position can be executed surely at all times regardless of the thickness or the surface shape of a print object, e.g. a print sheet. SOLUTION: In the printer controller and the method for controlling a printer, a print head is inclined depending on the driving speed V and the ink ejection speed VS of a carriage such that the central axis of the ink ejection nozzle of a print head carried on the carriage is inclined in the advancing direction of the carriage by a specified angleθfrom the vertical direction. The printer comprises a print head inclination mechanism having such a function.
