PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably feed a pelletized pressure-sensitive adhesive composition into an extruder by preventing the composition from blocking in the inside of a feeder that feeds the composition into the extruder. SOLUTION: A feeder 10 for a pelletized pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is constituted by providing, in the inside of a holding container 11 that holds the pelletized adhesive composition, a feed screw 20 that is situated perpendicularly at or near its center and discharges the composition from the lower opening 12 of the container 11 by motion such as rotation and a blade part 23 that operates in the position upper than that of the screw 20. The feed screw 20 used is e.g. a drive-impeller-equipped one formed by winding a steel sheet around a drive shaft 21. The blade part 23 used is one formed by bending a pipe-like or rod-like steel material into e.g. a rectangle. The inside wall of the container 11, the surface of the screw 20, the surface of the blade part 23, etc., are coated with a fluorocarbon resin.
