PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a printing medium in a stacked state when offering the printing medium comprising plural sheets to a user. SOLUTION: In a paper sheet delivery part 204 of the printer, a feeding and stacking mechanism 244 for stacking a slip paper sheet while feeding the fed slip paper sheet from an upperstream side to a downstream side is provided on an accommodation part 230 for accommodating the slip paper sheet after printing in a stacking state. The slip paper sheet after printing is fed to the accommodation part 230, and driving of the feeding and stacking and mechanism 244 is started when a tip of the slip paper sheet reaches a lower part of the feeding and stacking mechanism 244. The slip paper sheet is fed to a position wherein a rear end part thereof is accommodated in the accommodation part at least, and the driving of the feeding and stacking mechanism 244 is stopped when the rear end part reaches a predetermined position in the accommodation part. Next, when a tip part of the following slip paper sheet passes the predetermined position in the accommodation part 230, the driving of the feeding and stacking mechanism 244 is restarted and the following slip paper sheet and the one or plural previous slip paper sheet(s) are fed to the downstream side in the accommodation part.
