PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seated occupant determination device for a vehicle seat, capable of correctly determining a seated occupant by exercising ingenuity on structure of a seating position of the seat and a seat base and using as few seat sensors as possible. SOLUTION: In the seat base M, respective doglegged link levers 50, 60 are provided on sections between respective front parts and respective rear parts of a seat rail 30 and a lower rail 40 on respective left sides. The respective doglegged link levers 50, 60 are provided on sections between respective front parts and respective rear parts of the seat rail 30 and the lower rail 40 on the respective right side. Respective seat sensors are provided on a boundary section between both lever parts constituting the respective link levers 50, 60. The respective seat sensors thereby detect a distortion amount of the respective link levers which elastically deform corresponding to the load from the seating position on the seat base, thus determining the seated occupant on the seat corresponding to the distortion amount detected by the respective seat sensors.
