PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall heat-insulating structure, a building structure and a wall heat-insulating execution method improving airtightness. SOLUTION: The wall heat-insulating structure has a framework composed of two columns 2 and two horizontal members 3 and a heat-insulating wall material 4. Each column 2 has grooves 2a vertically cutting intermediate sections along the longitudinal direction on the inside of the framework. Each column 2 has airtight materials 5 projected and fitted to the whole of each groove 2a. The heat-insulating wall material 4 is fitted to the inside of the framework, and both sides are abutted against the airtight materials 5.
