PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a required amount of wall for a bearing wall provided at the outer edge portion of the building unit. SOLUTION: A building unit 20 is constituted by butting the inner surface of a main bearing wall 22 to the end face of the outer edge portion of a floor panel 21, and the bottom face of a sub-bearing wall 23 is butted and fixed to the top face of the inner floor panel 21.
