PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order picking truck capable of effectively preventing rolling when performing order picking operations. SOLUTION: This order picking truck comprises a vehicle body 1 having a steering wheel 2 arranged on a bottom part, a mast device 5 standingly mounted on an end part of the body 1, and a lift stand 13 that moves vertically along the device 5. A caster wheel mechanism 22 for back and forth moving a caster wheel 21 toward a road face 23 according to lifting/lowering of the stand 13 or running speed is fixed on the bottom part of the body 1. The mechanism 22 starts forth moving of the wheel 21 when a level of the stand 13 is at a prescribed level or higher or the running speed is at a prescribed speed or slower.
