PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a process in which a molding is heat-treated to remedy warpage by preventing the generation of warpage by making the entire circumference of a sizing former contact a cooling medium in a cooling part substantially simultaneously. SOLUTION: In an extruder 1 for molding a synthetic resin, the sizing former 7 is covered with an insulating layer 14, and a surface 15 which forms the end of the insulating layer 14 is arranged to be substantially parallel to the perpendicular cross section of the sizing former 7.
