PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and neatly punch holes suitable for draining in plastics shopping bag which is punched and put into a triangle corner, or is hung on a sink to dump used tea leaves or other trash after draining without cleaning the triangle corner for removing used tea leaves and other trash stuck on inside of the triangle corner. SOLUTION: A roller 2 having plural holes 3 bored is installed on a table 1. A roller having plural projections 5 fitting to the holes 3 is rotatably installed on the table 1. When a plastics bag 6 is inserted between the rollers 2, 4 and is pulled, the rollers 2, 4 rotate and the projections 5 fit in the holes 3 and sheet of the plastics bag caught between the projections 5 and the holes 3 is punched.
