PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional manual working depending on the human sense wherein the working dimension is not accurate, the working is continued during the time when a power source of an apparatus body is connected even after finishing the working at the requested working dimension and to be a cause of the excessive working such as a damage to a head part of a screw by the generation of the sliding friction in relation to the head part, and roof tiles, roof bedding and roof beams are broken by the pressure due to the excessive fastening to the inelastic roof tiles, and that nails and screws are fallen and the roof tiles are scattered by a shortage of the working when fastening is not sufficient. SOLUTION: This apparatus is formed of a working tool provided in an apparatus body, a working tool driving part, a slide shaft having a tip to be projected for appearance and withdrawn for disappearance from a tip of the working tool, an elastic body for resetting the slide shaft, a moving terminal plate, a fixed terminal plate and a cord. When the slide shaft abuts on an article and withdraws a little, the moving terminal plate is separated from the fixed terminal plate, and a motor and the working tool are stopped. The convenient apparatus capable of doing the accurate working without generating the excessive working and the working at micron order by accurately adjusting the length of the slide shaft and having a scarcity value is thereby obtained.
