METHOD FOR PRODUCING JELLY INCLUDING CARBON GRAIN COVERED WITH DIETARY FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially producing jelly including carbon grains covered with a dietary fiber edible without remaining in the mouth at a low cost by bringing the carbon grains covered with the dietary fiber to be easily taken in like solid grains by readily taking out a required quantity. SOLUTION: This jelly including carbon grains covered with a dietary fiber is industrially produced in a large scale by introducing a liquid obtained by stably dispersing carbon grains with jelly. When the jelly is heat reversible, then the jelly becomes a liquid by heat sterilization treatment and carbon grains covered with dietary fiber precipitate until the jelly solidifies to be deviated in a vessel if the specific gravity of the jelly and that of the carbon grains covered with the dietary fiber are different. The aforesaid problem is solved by using heat irreversible jelly.
