PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the most of a business chance effectively for the side of a received order dealing device without making a person placing orders feel inconvenient in the case where the articles desired are not stocked. SOLUTION: In placing order for commodities, first, order placing data such as the name of the commodities, quantity, and time limit of delivery are input (1) by a order placing data input device 1, and when these data are transmitted to a received order control device 2, the presence or absence of the commodities for which the order is placed based on a stock file 231 is determined (2). If there is not the commodities specified in the order placing data in stock, in particular, substitute commodities is specified (3), and the data of the substitute commodities are transmitted to the placing order input device 1 (4). In the placing order input device 1, a list of the substitute commodities is indicated, and when one of the substitute is selected, the order placing data indicating the placing order of the selected substitute commodities are made (5), and the order placing data are transmitted to the received order control device 2 (6). In the received order control device 2, based on the received placing order data, a carrying out indication file is renewed, and the placing order of the substitute commodities is settled. |
