摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a hybrid vehicle free from the occurrence of rotation change causing a driver to feel a sense of incongruity when starting an internal combustion engine by an electric motor. SOLUTION: This control device is provided with a pre-torque applying means 12, ESP for controlling an electric motor in a torque control mode and applying pre-torque PT to the internal combustion engine in a stop state, and an electric motor control changeover means 12, ESP for changing the control mode of the electric motor from the torque control mode to a speed control mode to rotate the internal combustion engine when the prescribed pre-torque is applied to the internal combustion engine. The torque required to start the rotation of the internal combustion engine can be inputted in a dispersed form, so that there is no need to rapidly input all the torque required to start the rotation of the internal combustion engine as in a conventional method. This results in preventing excessive deformation generated on an elastic suspension means of the internal combustion engine and preventing rotation change causing the driver to feel a sense of incongruity.
